Commerce and Residents Working Together in Dover Made with Xara Street Scene - London Road Regeneration Hosted by Eezee Web Solutions In January 2009 the London Road Community Forum (LRCF), in consultation with interested  parties, drew up a draft Action Plan which identified the various problem areas within the  community together with short, medium and long-term objectives to resolve them.  Since that document was first published Dover  District Council have put their Street Scene initiative  on hold pending discussions for greater cooperation  with, amongst others, Thanet District Council.  The text of the latest version of the Draft Action  Plan can be downloaded as a pdf file using the link  below.
